For a quick solution, the following information must be included:

  • FEMAG-module with version
  • Operating steps (or FSL script) that lead to the problem
  • Model files (I7, A7 or NC), BH characteristics (MC), POC; everything compressed (e. g. ZIP)

As soon as your e-mail has been received in our ticket system, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt, so that you can be sure that the request has been received.

E-mail subject lines
All e-mails you receive from our ticket system contain a reference mark in the subject line. Under this ticket number the request will be processed by us. If you want to reply to such an e-mail, leave the subject line unchanged, we can automatically assign your reply.
